A well-established business based near Romford are looking for a Qualified Financial Controller to help maintain the businesses growth while leading the reporting and management accounting process.

As a Financial Controller you will be:
- For the preparation and completion of the statutory and management accounts including management of both ledgers.
- Lead the payroll and sub-contractor payments process, including legislative requirements (eg NI & Pensions), right to work monitoring and reporting.
- Lead and manage the accounting functions for the business including all statutory requirements
- Support statutory filing requirements, and ensuring management are aware of their statutory responsibilities/ updates.
- Highlight key areas for process improvements, system upgrades and the development of procedures
- Lead the finance strategy for the business working closely with the SLT to provide commercial analysis on day-to-day operations
- Improving the efficiency of end to end business processes.
