Search Manchester are working with a leading consultancy who are experts in financial and operational planning who are looking for a technical assistant to join their growing team.
The focus of a Technical Assistant
As a technical assistant you will be supporting four specialist consultants and play a crucial part in the smooth operation of consulting projects providing comprehensive expertise, and administrative support while showing excellent personable and time management skills. This role is for someone who believes being a forward-thinking and confident individual is the key to success.
Key responsibilities of a Technical Assistant:
- Processing and managing paperwork
- On boarding new clients and supporting with aftercare
- Handling highly confidential information and documents
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for consultants
- Oversee and organise all project documentation

- Confident and can work in a busy environment
- Trustworthy while maintaining professionalism with strict confidentiality
- Proactive and can handle multiple tasks at once
- Highly organised with the ability to self-manage
- Forward thinking person with interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office 365 package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Share-Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ideally have supported a team or multiple individuals simultaneously
- Ability to attend offices in Knutsford, Manchester
