Our client is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. With a strong track record of representing investors, developers, and financiers in commercial and investment property disputes, our client is a leading law firm with a focus on excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a broad spectrum of commercial property disputes, including purchase and sale transactions and investment property-related matters.
- Handling complex litigation cases involving lease disputes, contract disputes, and property-related issues.
- Providing expert legal guidance in the negotiation and resolution of property-related disputes.
- Advising clients on their rights and obligations in landlord-tenant relationships and property management.
- Representing both landlords and tenants in dilapidation claims during and after the lease term.
- Offering legal support to property developers in resolving disputes and contractual matters.
- Advising and representing financiers in property-related litigation, including breach of contract and financing disputes.
- Documenting and administering various litigation and dispute resolution procedures.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial litigation, with a strong focus on property disputes.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex commercial property disputes, including purchase and sale transactions and investment property matters.
- Proficiency in negotiating and resolving lease disputes, contract disputes, and property-related issues.
- In-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant law and property management.
- Track record of successfully representing clients in dilapidation claims.
- Expertise in providing legal support for property developers in resolving disputes.
- Experience in representing financiers in property-related litigation and financing disputes.
- Strong litigation skills, including legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
