Client Relationship Manager
- Hourly Rate: £16.48 - £19.23 (depending on experience)
- Location: Chessington/Tolworth
- Job Type: Maternity Cover (9-12 months), Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is ideal for commercial managers with experience in supplier relations, invoicing, and data-driven tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, excel in numerical skills, and have a strong background in dealing with suppliers, pricing, and marketing activity plans.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with the existing team to manage and enhance supplier relationships.
- Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Utilise Excel and SharePoint to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Engage in pricing strategies and marketing activity planning.
- Oversee product range management and product lifecycle.
- Ensure numerical accuracy and proficiency in all tasks involving numbers and money.
- Provide supplier-facing services and maintain strong professional relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supplier-facing role.
- Ideally with some buying experience
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy when dealing with numbers and money.
- Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience in pricing, marketing activity plans, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
