Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify individual needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create inclusive educational environments.
- Offer one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Deliver training and workshops for educators and parents on psychological and educational topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in educational psychology.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology and HCPC registered.
- Experience working with children and young people in educational settings.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
