Due to expansion, we are currently seeking two driven Junior Engineers to join the team
The Role:
As a part of our team, the Junior AV Engineer will assist in installing AV solutions in corporate office environments throughout London. Working alongside a senior AV Technician, this role offers opportunities for growth and progression for the right candidates.
Key duties include:
- Installing corporate AV solutions, including mounts, video conferencing equipment, sound systems and LED screens
- Assisting with the assembly of on-site and off-site AV racks
- Structured data cabling
- Collaborating with control system and audio DSP programmers
- Attending occasional service calls to troubleshoot system issues
- Testing installed systems on-site
- Attending manufacturer training courses as needed
- Travelling to sites within London and other areas of the UK
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn
- A full UK driving licence
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- Experience working with audio or AV technology
In return:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per year, along with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 years). You will also have access to a company van and fuel card, as well as all necessary tools for the job.
There will also be opportunities for manufacturer training courses to help you grow and develop within the AV installation and commissioning process.
