ABOUT THE CLIENT:
My client is seeking an IT Technician to join their growing team in Birmingham. The role provides onsite support to our client's schools, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day 2nd line IT needs. A car and driving license are essential for this role and fuel expenses are included.

THE IT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
- 2nd line support
- A car and driving license
- Provide an approachable, friendly service to our clients
- Resolve, advise and assist any IT issues that arise
- Work alongside existing technicians and further develop your understanding of the role
- Assist with migrations at client sites
- Perform regular maintenance and checks
- Remotely resolve issues using the helpdesk
- Provide telephone support.
- Occasionally visit other client sites
IT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Previous education sector experience is strongly preferred
- Windows
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Azure
