Job Title: Risk Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Salary: Circa £50,000 (potential to flex depending on experience)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Risk function and contribute to the development of a robust risk management culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments and key stakeholders to identify, manage, and report on Principal, Corporate, and Departmental risks.
- Maintain and update the Risk Dashboard, ensuring alignment with the Half Year Risk Reporting cycle.
- Support business areas in implementing risk management processes and assist in developing risk assessment criteria.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to promote risk awareness and management practices across the organisation.
- Conduct research to identify emerging risks and support the leadership team in understanding potential future challenges.
Candidate Profile:
Essential:
- A technically minded individual with demonstrable experience of undertaking risk associated activities and processes or working in a similar level role.
- Experience in working with risk methodologies and techniques to support the updating of risk registers, compilation of risk reports and papers to Committees and Boards.
- Proven administrative capabilities and an effective communicator who is able to be proactive in driving risk awareness across an organisation.
- Be collaborative in supporting business in the collation of risk, control and action updates.
- Ability to analyse changes in risk data/information and effectively share and escalate to the Risk Officer as appropriate.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical ability with MS Office (Excel/ PowerPoint/Word/Outlook), Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in capturing information in real time on relevant documents
Preferred:
- A risk /audit qualification or working toward one.
- Experience of, or a good understanding of ICAEW processes
