As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining our financial health and providing excellent service to our international clients.

Key responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Who we're looking for the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Fluency in German or French: Native or near-native proficiency in German or French.
