- Proactively inform tenants of new property listings as soon as they hit the market.

- Skilfully negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with inventory clerks, contractors, and fellow agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct rental valuations and generate comprehensive reports to aid decision-making.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations.
