Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Property Manager/Concierge.
Working for a national property management agency you will be based at their clients commercial/residential site in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out site inspections
- Liaising with maintenance contractors
- Point of contact for repair queries or site issues
- Dealing with tenant disputes
Personal Requirements:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good business acumen
- Excellent time management
- Property management experience is a must
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £33,600 including car allowance (depending on experience)
