Group Payroll Assistant £32-33k Based in Dartford Available immediately
My client based in Dartford has an immediate vacancy for a Group Payroll Assistant. You must have previous payroll experience!
- Assisting with the Monthly payroll processing and relevant checks.
- Understand and apply tax code changes.
Calculating the Reps commission
- P45. P11Ds, P60s processing.
- Processing sickness in accordance to contractual obligations.
Bank reconciliations
- SMP/SPP/SAP
- Updating of Auto Enrolment and management monthly Pension payment
- Processing Court Orders.
- Sending payslips via email and post as applicable.
- Maintaining employee records on the payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Liaising with Regional / Area Managers.
- Liaising with the Finance staff in relation to month and year end.
- Dealing with Employee queries.
- New starters onboarding & Keeping benefits updated.
- Monthly PAYE, CIS payments
- Monthly EPS
- Expenses and commission calculations
