**Fleet Manager
Key Duties
- Fleet Management: Main contact for all fleet-related issues.
- Cost Efficiency: Develop strategies with the Operations Manager.
- Compliance: Ensure fleet operations comply with laws and regulations.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement fleet policies.
- Maintenance: Manage vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- There will be a total fleet of up to 40 vehicles and around 20 to 25 drivers.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inspections and services.
- Budget Monitoring: Ensure fleet costs stay within budget.
- Driver Management: Maintain driver hour records, resolve issues, and ensure training compliance.

Requirements
- CPC Qualification: Essential.
- Transport Law Knowledge: Required.
- Driver Hours Knowledge: Full working knowledge needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written skills.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent.
- Prioritization: Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently.
- PC Literacy: Strong, including MS Office.

- Salary: £40k to £42k.
- Working Hours: 7am to 4pm.
