Key Responsibilities:
- Handling financial transactions and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing outstanding client service via phone, email
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal processes
- Managing data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to banking operations
- Supporting wider team functions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a banking, finance, or customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
