We are currently recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join us at our Macklin Motors Hyundai Edinburgh East dealership!
This is a full time permanent position offering £28,000 basic salary plus company benefits!
As our Parts Supervisor you will oversee the parts department, and will be responsible for maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
