I am looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the Newcastle and Tyne and Wear patch, to join a company at the forefront of innovation and performance in their sector. The role of Area Sales Manager is to sell the full range of products to a wide range of specialist clients, driving profitable growth in your designated area, whilst offering technical support for our products, to ensure our customers receive the best experience and technical back up. You would do this by:
- Maximising opportunities for sales, negotiating profitable and improved margins
- Help deliver technical solutions to clients with the aid of the technical teams
- Understanding the business objectives of your customers, to ensure the development of relevant categories
- Developing new clients in the region
Who are they looking for?
- Experience with relevant successful sales portfolio
- Direct account management experience
- Exposure or understanding of working with Horticultural and/or Agrichemical clients
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Full clean driving licence with willingness to travel
