A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Manager/Senior FP&A Business Partner to join an excellent multinational organisation on Teesside, operating within the energy sector.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial plans align with overall organisational goals
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor execution and make necessary adjustments.
- Complex Financial Models: Create and maintain sophisticated financial models. These models serve as decision-making tools, providing insights into financial performance, risk assessment, and growth opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Regularly analyse financial data to identify trends, both positive and negative. Use this analysis to inform strategic decisions.
You will be/have:
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Advanced Financial Modelling Skills
- 5 + years experience in FP&A
- Energy sector experience
- 2 + years leadership experience
- Effective communication & presentation abilities
