I have partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider based in Norwich, who are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support, fault diagnosis and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Skills:
- 2nd/3rd line support
- Ticket resolution & escalation
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Cloud technologies- Azure/Azure AD
- Virtual Machines- VMWare/Hyper-V
- DNS/DHCP
- LAN/WAN
- Windows Desktops- Servers 2012 onward
- Previous MSP experience (desirable)
