DAY TO DAY:
- Managing enquiries both over the phone and in person.
- Registering and communicating with potential tenants.
- Matching properties based on prospective tenants requirements.
- Booking and overseeing viewings.
- Supporting general administrative tasks.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Communicating with landlords.

- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Interest in the property industry.
- Friendly and sociable manner.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
