The Role

As a Web and Digital Officer, you will manage the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of our website.

You'll optimise content, accessibility and user journeys, delivering excellent digital experiences for our users and driving online traffic to support the achievement of our objectives and KPIs.

Supporting a range of other digital communications, you'll work with colleagues across the team, including email marketing, landing page creation and stakeholder engagement.

Additionally, you will:

  • Use CMS to proactively maintain the website
  • Monitor the Marketing inbox and respond to requests
  • Test and report on new features of the website
  • Create a variety of online content and copy
  • Measure and analyse website performance
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms

About You

To be considered as a Web and Digital Officer, you will need:

  • Experience of using and managing a website content management system
  • An understanding of digital accessibility, user journeys, user experiences, industry best practice and SEO
  • Proven knowledge in web content management systems and digital publishing platforms
  • Proven Google Analytics knowledge
  • Proven SEO knowledge
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • A keen interest in new digital technologies and trends
  • A willingness to work dynamically within a multi-disciplinary communications team
  • A digital marketing qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • A full, valid driving licence (due to site location and ad-hoc travel to meetings and events)
