Production Manager
Monday – Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
OA are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager, to join a growing business in Letchworth.

Responsibilities for Production Manager:
- Manage a team of 5, including appraisals, 1-1's and on going support
- Plan work schedule and allocate to team
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards in all production areas
- Responsible for quality control across production
- Help identifty and implement productivity improvements
- Review all processes and be forth coming with ideas
Requirements for Production Manager:
- Strong production background
- Qualifications or experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Experience developing a team
- Must have a license and drive
- Be open minded, proactive and hard working
