Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE in Music Education.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting
- Proficiency in a variety of musical instruments and genres
- Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Responsibilities
- Encourage, develop interest, and engage students in Music and learning.
- Deliver captivating and exciting lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Organise and lead extracurricular music activities, including choirs, bands, and school concerts.
- Providing engaging and interactive lessons
- Communicating with parents and carers over children's progress and participating in departmental meetings and parents' evenings
