Temporary
HR Administrator, based in Banbury, working full-time onsite.
The ideal candidate would ideally have some previous experience working in a HR or administration role, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a business to learn more about the HR industry and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain and keep the HR systems up to date, making sure all data entry is accurate.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company standards.
- Managing all recruitment and onboarding administration, including posting job adverts, monitoring applications, updating recruitment trackers, and issuing and processing recruitment paperwork.
- Undertake a range of coordinated administrative tasks to support the team, including various project work.
- Supporting the HR Manager with the development and implementation of the People Processes: providing ad-hoc support.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a HR, customer-facing or administrative role is preferred.
- Adept at handling calls with professionalism.
- Computer literate - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, handling own workload whilst supporting other members of team, as and when required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation and administration abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and always uphold confidentiality.
Additional Information
- Onsite working.
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
- 2-months temporary role.
- Desirable to have a driving license.
- Pro-rata Holidays.
