- Our client, a distinguished nationwide law firm, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Solicitor to join their thriving Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with experience ranging from Newly Qualified (NQ) to 4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to specialise in Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of EL/PL claims from inception through to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Advise clients on the legal aspects of their cases and provide expert guidance on potential outcomes.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third-party professionals to progress cases effectively.
- Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with NQ to 4 years PQE.
- Proven experience in handling Employer Liability and Public Liability cases.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.

- This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence in the Birmingham office five days per week.
