Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Havering Councils Children Safeguarding Team.
As a Team manager within the Safeguarding you will be required to:
- Ability to manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases
- Capability to support the Group manager in maintaining and developing high standards across the team
- Represent the service in developing key service provision or strategy initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring within the team as well as effective case management and high quality written work
You will need to be:
- SWE registered
- Eligible to work in the UK
