The business has seem excelled growth in existing and new areas since the pandemic and we are keen to secure the right talent to continue this growth and gaining more marketshare. The position of Senior Consultant is a established, leadership role who will be hands on with business development, as well as nurturing existing Quest clients to work on within Retail, eCommerce, Media, and beyond.
As the Senior Consultant you must perform the following duties:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure that objectives are met
- Making full use of our CRM Salesforce system for candidates and clients
- Utilising Linkedin, job boards, headhunting & mapping to find the best calibre candidates
- To understand and promote our different service solutions including recruitment, mapping, advertising, RPO & retained searches
- Focused on delivering quality and adding value - you will be providing 360 recruitment services to clients
Overseeing a resourcer and having accountability of their KPI's and financial targets
- Making pivotal decisions on Quest's sourcing options and sector focus
- Forging more exclusive or retained relationships with clients
- Negotiations on terms and ways of working
- Involved in weekly stand-ups and round up session
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Senior Consultant):
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a recruitment or talent setting.
- We currently have presence in Retail, eCommerce and Media so experience in this field will be advantageous
- Happy to work in an autonomous working environment within either from Home or in a central London office in Oxford Street (currently hybrid with 1-2 days in the office per week).
- We are a business focused on EMEA, so desirable if you have recruited in other markets or territories
- Have experience of growing long-term relationships with their clients and can show examples of this
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate or graduate calibre
