What you'll be doing:

  • Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
  • Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
  • Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
  • Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
  • Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times

What we need from you:

  • A full manual driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer's needs
  • You will be motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing training and development
  • Be computer literate, including MS packages
  • Smart appearance, friendly and approachable, with the drive to succeed

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 44.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday
Salary: OTE £42,000 (uncapped) per annum
