A diverse, community driven primary school based in the heart of Newham are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team from full-time.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of their students across early years and key stage 1. Your responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher with various tasks, providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
