Collins Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced property professional to lead and grow an established sales team as their Head of Department (Head of Sales), focusing on properties up to £3m.
You will have to balance pitching for new business and closing sales, whilst driving team success and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Department (Head of Sales):
- Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets.
- Pitch, win, and manage property sales from start to finish.
- Build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee property marketing and client reporting.
- Ensure smooth operations by managing sales systems and collaborating across teams.
Package for Head of Department (Head of Sales):
- £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
- Car allowance
- £90,000+ OTE

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Kensington & Chelsea.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Data-driven and results-focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
