Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the park, including events, concessions, and corporate hospitality. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver a customer-focused operation, manage the F&B budget, and build strong working relationships with the park management and service teams.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead menu design, incorporating fresh and local produce, and ensure menus meet various dietary needs.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, maximising revenue opportunities, and controlling costs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and development for the team, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Plan and resource events and corporate hospitality effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and other safe working practices.
  • Set an example in timekeeping, commitment, and professional conduct, fostering a culture of idea sharing and teamwork.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in people management, inspiring and coaching team members to develop their skills and deliver high performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to manage P&L accounts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to consistently deliver high levels of service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to plan and organise for service.
  • First Aid Qualification, Personal License, and Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification are required.
  • Experience in undertaking Duty Manager responsibilities.
