Position: Project Administrator
Location: Poole
Hours: 40 hours per week (08:00am to 17:00) Monday to Friday.
Main Purpose of Job
To provide a high-quality, professional administrative service and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the Contracts Director.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange, prepare for, and take minutes for various meetings.
- Create, monitor, and ensure action points are completed.
- Maintain all accreditations and conduct ongoing auditing.
- Create and distribute internal newsletter content.
- Perform quality control auditing of internal documents.
- Obtain quotations for financial production.
- Populate spreadsheets.
- Assist with project coordination.
- Chase weekly reports.
- Organise client entertainment.
- Assist in developing and monitoring training/development plans.
- Dictate emails.
- Undertake general administrative tasks including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
General Requirements:
- Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise a heavy workload.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
