Projects Administrator

Position: Project Administrator
Location: Poole
Hours: 40 hours per week (08:00am to 17:00) Monday to Friday.

Main Purpose of Job

To provide a high-quality, professional administrative service and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the Contracts Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange, prepare for, and take minutes for various meetings.
  • Create, monitor, and ensure action points are completed.
  • Maintain all accreditations and conduct ongoing auditing.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletter content.
  • Perform quality control auditing of internal documents.
  • Obtain quotations for financial production.
  • Populate spreadsheets.
  • Assist with project coordination.
  • Chase weekly reports.
  • Organise client entertainment.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring training/development plans.
  • Dictate emails.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise a heavy workload.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
