We are working with one of the leading providers of Short Term Property Finance in the North of England, who are looking for a Case Manager with the following skills to join their team:
- Previous experience within an Administration role
- Customer Service driven, with a friendly, professional personality
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player, who is able to manage their time
- An understanding of Property, whether that is from a Mortgage or Estate Agency background
As Case Manager, you will be the facilitator between the underwriting team and the Customer, whether that is the client directly or the introducing broker, so our ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be effective in dealing with people from all backgrounds. Our Case Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Underwriters with pipeline
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls, and emails
- Processing applications from receipt of pack through to underwriting
- Reviewing Asset & Liabilities documents, completing information on the internal system, and providing an initial case assessment
- Managing a pipeline of approx 50 cases for the Underwriter to assist with completion targets
- Be competent with all of Microsoft office

This is an office based role, with 5 days per week based from the office in Altrincham.
