My client is a secondary school in the borough of Camden. They urgently need a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager with inputting purchase ledger data: invoices and purchase orders
The role is to start ASAP and cover on a month by month basis
YOu will be fully based on-site MOnday to Friday
The main duty will involve
- Maintaining and updating the school's finance system (Access Finance) including converting requisitions to purchase orders, processing invoices and credit notes
The succesful applicant will hold an enhanced DBS or will need to undergo a check before starting
