GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING PROJECT MANAGER
Salary: £70k - £90k + 5% bonus
Location: London (3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

You will be responsible for setting up a governance programme, creating the framework, and implementing it. Your ability to collect, analyse, and map data will be crucial in this role. What you'll do:

As a Governance and Reporting Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up a governance programme. You will create the framework for this programme and ensure its successful implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collecting and organising risk data from various sources via templates. You will also map these data points to visual elements on the heatmap. Your analytical skills will come into play as you identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analysis. Planning and managing the development process will also fall under your purview. This includes setting milestones and deadlines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk analysts and developers. Documenting the development process, including user guides, will also be part of your responsibilities.
