Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Assisting the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with emails, post and telephone calls.
- Collating information for client meetings / typing up of reports.
- Providing support in meetings, writing up notes after meeting.
- Filing, scanning, data entry, managing databases ensuring all records are accurate.
- Assisting with any facilities / office management tasks.
- PA duties; ad-hoc support to the Directors: diary management, travel, booking appointments.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience gained in an office environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Works proactively and independently - ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
- Reliable and detail orientated.
- Accurate typing and data input skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software.
