What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our Business Development teams success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Inbox Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing communications to keep sales momentum flowing.
- Lead Generation: Be proactive in sourcing new leads.
- Client Engagement: Utilise your confident telephone skills to assist in delivering quotes and following up with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Website enquiries: Actively respond to website enquiries and collaborate with the Business Development team to turn prospects into partners.
- Customer Care Programme: Maintain a robust customer care initiative through regular calls and feedback sharing within the team.
- Social Media Management: Keep our LinkedIn page vibrant and up-to-date with engaging posts that reflect our brand and offerings.
- Case Studies: Produce and manage compelling case studies that showcase our success stories, making them readily available for clients.
- Organisational Skills: Implement a shared working calendar to streamline team collaboration and efficiency.
