This role initially begins as a temporary position, giving you the chance to experience the school's welcoming and inclusive environment. With strong values of respect, ambition, and support, we're confident that you'll find it a great fit. For the right candidate, there's a clear path to securing a permanent role.

Why Work with Us?

  • Opportunities for Growth: The school fosters a collaborative environment with ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity: Begin on a temporary basis, with the option to move into a permanent role if the school is the right fit.
  • Prime Location: Stafford offers an easy commute from surrounding areas, making it a fantastic choice for teachers in the region.

Your Role:

  • Deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons to students in Years 7 to 11, inspiring creativity and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Design lessons that cater to a range of abilities, using both hands-on activities and theoretical learning to challenge students.
  • Provide meaningful feedback through marking and assessments, supporting student progress and development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes innovation, respect, and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A qualified DT teacher with QTS.
