Overview

Our Placement Coordinators are accountable for finding candidates. We match them to their perfect role by identifying the best profiles, conducting interviews, and connecting candidates with our clients.

With our split-desk model, you will focus solely on candidate placement without sales pressure allowing you to enjoy collaborative teamwork in a streamlines process that sets us apart from traditional agencies.

As a Placement Coordinator, you'll be a multi-tasking wizard, able to juggle various recruiting projects and personalities by making use of your stellar interpersonal and organisational skills.

What you'll be doing...

  • Completing?recruitment projects by identifying and working with the best available candidates.
  • Supportingcandidates through each stage of the process, from shortlisting and submitting CVs, to interview preparation, to coordinating start dates and a smooth payroll set up.
  • Exploringwhat your candidates and clients are looking for and using your skills to match your candidates to the roles you have available.
  • Interviewingcandidates to find out what makes them tick and their suitability for roles, as well as to build positive working relationships.
  • Maintainingaccurate and up-to-date record keeping and correspondence for all current projects you're working on and the details for each candidate.

What we're looking for...

  • Previous experience in a role that required managing relationships and delighting customers by providing excellent service.
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining diligent while operating under pressure. You will be a 'people person', able to build positive relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues. We want someone who is emotionally intelligent and has an innate desire to learn, develop, and do a great job.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, a high standard of written English and verbal, especially when on the phone.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to follow established processes to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
