Our client is looking for a committed, attentive and hard-working Customer Support Agent to join their knowledgeable & passionate support team.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves looking after customers, problem solving, and getting stuck into their networking kit.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Agent:
- Responding to customer enquires, mainly installers, electricians, purchasing depts
- Chasing deliveries dealing with issues
- Some technical support - basic (training given)
- Data entry, phone work, emails
- Quoting prices
- Problem solving
Key Requirements of the Customer Support Agent:
- A professional and confident manner
- Good communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to think laterally under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- An eagerness to learn
