The Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will be working in our clients prototype/manufacturing facility to produce complex machined components needed to build products, as well as bespoke designs and special projects for customers. Your main duties will include setting and programming of CNC VMC's to produce machined components from either engineering drawings or 3D CAD files. The role also includes general workshop tasks such as deburring, tapping, and filing, and use of lathes, milling machines, and other workshop tools and equipment.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:
- Strong experience as a CNC Machinist
- Experience in all aspects of workshop practice and the use of workshop machines and equipment
- High level of attention to detail in all work undertaken
- Awareness and compliance with all health and safety legislation as it applies in the workplace
- Mechanical engineering qualification, diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset
