Our client, a high-performing Corporate Services Team is looking for a Legal Coordinator for their Dublin office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has an interest in the Legal profession, and you will assist the Dublin office in the delivery of first-class operational support to the core business as well as internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collating of all files on closure in preparation for the archiving process
- Ensuring compliance with records management procedures and policies, providing a complete audit trail
- Manage the effective disposal of records in line with business policy and procedure
- Have vigilance around Health and Safety and report any issues if they arise
- General liaison with internal customers and stakeholders on behalf of corporate services to deliver exceptional service levels
- Undertake day-to-day photocopying/printing/binding
- Digital media processing, disc copying, recording and distribution
- Manage the distribution of the site's daily mail and scanning post to to two locations
- Manage local equipment (MFD's/Postal)
- Liaise with service engineers for all equipment requiring service
- Court Clerking and Reconciling of Stamping Fees
- Stock control
- Banking
Required experience:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible approach to work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and with an ability to prioritise and allocate tasks
