The successful candidate will get to manage the finances for a £20 million revenue department of the company, with progression routes further on then readily accessible. You will also get to report into a very knowledgeable and understanding

Senior Accountant

Salary Package: £50,000
The Job responsibilities include:
- Preparing
monthly forecasts
and
bridge analysis
for
monthly P&L
- Production of month end close including journals and the
general ledger account
- Analysis of
financial reports
before presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Sales and trend analysis in aid of financial planning.
- Assistance with
year-end audit
Ensure financial business processes complies with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
For this role, the client is looking for someone who is:
- In the latter stages of
CIMA/ACCA/ACA
or already a
qualified accountant.
- Previous experience with
forecasting
and month end accounts.
- Good knowledge of excel and accountancy systems.
Desirable but not Mandatory: Previous
financial modelling
experience
