We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk for our Accounting & Finance department within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll and related financial duties.

Description

  • Responsible for the accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Manage the payroll system and ensure all data is updated and maintained.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle queries related to payroll from employees and management.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to payroll.
  • Assist with other accounting duties as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Clerk should have:

  • A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for handling queries and working with team members.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
