This is an exiting opportunity for an Architect to join an expanding Interior Design and Architecture company where you will be working on high end luxury projects within the Residential sector on both refurbishment and new build projects, where you'll then have the opportunity to progress through the company to Head of Architecture.

This expanding Architectural and Design company are specialist in high-end residential projects both in the UK and Internationally. Bringing their expertise to both refurbishment and new build projects. They offer their specialist service through all the design and construction phases to their esteemed clients. Their bespoke high-quality service for their prestigious clients has found them success since their conception. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and diverse team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role you'll be responsible for a number of duties, you'll be working as a part of a team managing multiple projects at a time both in the UK and internationally. You'll be travelling across the country to the different sites to ensure projects are running smoothly and to specification. You'll also be overseeing contracts for the projects including tenders, contractor selection and administration creating the construction drawings to go along with them. As well ensuring quality is up to standard on site, Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be leading meetings with client, contractors and colleagues to ensure projects run well and to standard.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Architect with experience within the Residential sector and is interested in working in a versatile team whilst working on exclusive projects. As well as having a full UK driver's license and vehicle to be able to travel to the different sites across the UK on a weekly basis.
