Role Purpose:
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Buying team in stock management, administration, and forecast planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Buying Team Support
- Assist in stock management, including forecasting and coordinating stock movement between internal sites. Investigate and resolve stock queries.
- Support supply chain management, including processing supplier non-conformance complaints in line with BRCGS procedures.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers, confirm delivery dates and follow up with goods-in bookings.
- Liaise with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams on stock requirements to ensure smooth stock flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar supply chain or procurement position in an FMCG environment
- Strong numeracy and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail
- Desire to progress and develop their own supply chain or procurement career
