An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work on a temporary basis**, working Monday to Friday** for our well-established client based in Lincoln.
Our client is looking for an organised, driven, and confident individual to provide exceptional support and customer service for the company!
Duties:
- Resolving queries
and issues working through the central inbox.
- Setting up users' systems via a customer portal system.
- Updating customer details ensuring
accurate data is stored

- Speaking to customers regarding any issues when required.
- Conversing with other teams
in the company to process orders and collections for despatch.
- Any other duties ad hoc.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with
knowledge of Excel

strong attention to detail
with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- A
process driven
mindset and attitude.
- A great telephone manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
