Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst for a global B2C organisation based in Wiltshire. With potential for some hybrid working if you excel in gathering and documenting business requirements and enjoy driving change, this role is for you.
You will understand and analyze business processes, support data architecture, and create detailed documentation to meet our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Headlines:-
- Requirements Gathering, Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and align requirements with business goals.
- Documentation, Analyze and map current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Maintain data mapping and develop a comprehensive Data Dictionary.
- Process Support, Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps adoption, and hybrid SDLC definition, leveraging ITIL, TOGAF, and SWOT analysis.
- Play a role in defining a hybrid SDLC that is appropriate and achievable
- Communication & Collaboration, Create clear documentation, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with development and test teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Analytical Support, Conduct gap and impact analyses, support business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Documentation Management, Develop and maintain documentation standards and ensure accuracy.
Likely Experience:-
3-5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering and process documentation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and process mapping tools.
Certifications: CBAP or CCBA preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
