£25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission (1st year - £42k OTE)

We're expanding our Leeds office and looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join us!
You will work within an established team and focus on a specific market. Your responsibilities will include developing new business and managing existing accounts. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will also be responsible for identifying and sourcing your candidates through various channels!
As a graduate, you will gain access to our customised training platform. This program includes online coaching with peers, personalised 1:1 coaching and development, as well as a dedicated Talent Development Partner on hand to help you advance your career.

- Basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn up to 40% on all revenue generated.

What will you be doing?
- Contacting and meeting with clients and candidates to nurture new relationships.
- Developing a strong understanding of the industry and companies within it.
- Advertising vacancies using internal systems and social media.
- Using internal CRM systems to source candidates and update information.
- Reviewing applications and overseeing the interview and offer process.
- Negotiating fees with clients to enhance your earning potential.
- Working towards weekly and monthly targets with the support of your line manager.
