Head of Lettings
to join a thriving independent estate agency in Winchester. This established brand is looking for a driven and dynamic leader to oversee the lettings department, manage a small team, and continue to grow the business. - Basic Salary: £30-40k

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm
- Saturdays: 1 in 4
Team Overview:
- Managing a team of 3 Lettings Negotiators, Property Manager, and Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the lettings department, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and offering coaching to team members to drive productivity and professional growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and ensuring exceptional service.
- Managing key client accounts and handling high-value negotiations.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and win new business through effective marketing and networking.
- Ensuring all tenancy agreements, documentation, and compliance are handled efficiently and in line with legal requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within lettings, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and local property market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in lettings.
