We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between!

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our highly experienced team of Education Recruiters and have ambitious plans for rapid growth, offering excellent opportunities for fast progression.

You will be given comprehensive one to one, on-going training from some of the industry's best and most experienced recruiters, to allow you to develop the skills and knowledge you will need to become a successful Compliance Manager. A Trainee Compliance Manager...

Previous education or healthcare recruitment experience is highly desirable but not essential for this role. What is essential is a keen eye for detail, good communication skills, a can-do attitude and the desire to learn and succeed. Daily duties will include:

  • Speaking with our candidates and managing them through the clearance process
  • Completing compliance checks for educators to work within school settings in line with Government legislation.
  • Data entry
  • Managing candidate on boarding process for new candidates
  • Making sure all checks are done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance are met in line with our audit accreditation
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all parties, all the time.

What we are looking for...

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Telephone based customer service experience, ideally.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a solution focussed approach.
  • Strong organisation and time management
